FEE: Fee for copying records is at the statutory rate of $0.25 per page not in excess of  9” x 14”, or the actual cost of reproducing any other record, as provided by statute. Advance payment for copies plus postage, if applicable, is required, payable to the City School District of New Rochelle.

To the extent possible, please furnish date, title, file designation, or other information to help identify the record.

APPEAL NOTICE: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO APPEAL A DENIAL OF YOUR REQUEST FOR RECORDS IN WRITING TO DR. COREY REYNOLDS, SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS, CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF NEW ROCHELLE, 515 NORTH AVENUE, NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK 10801 (TELEPHONE NO. 914-576-4200; E-MAIL: CREYNOLDS@NREDLEARN.ORG). APPEAL MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DENIAL FROM WHICH SUCH APPEAL IS TAKEN. THE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS SHALL INFORM THE REQUESTER OF HIS DECISION IN WRITING WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF AN APPEAL. IF DENIED, THE REASONS FOR DENIAL MUST BE FULLY EXPLAINED.
