To celebrate their hard work this year, Barnard Early Childhood Center’s children and teachers were surprised and thanked with ice cream! As teachers and children in the school’s English as a New Language After School Program enjoyed, Superintendent Jonathan Raymond offered his congratulations to all, including Principal Shelli Owens, at left, and Judy Badillo, the program’s project leader.
