Strategic Roadmap Framework

The components of the Strategic Roadmap:

The Mission, Vision, and Core Values statements will describe our aspirations for the future and our commitments to each other.
The Strategic Direction will frame the categorical body of work that needs to be completed.
The Goals will define the desired state of performance within each categorical body of work.
The Objectives will identify the discrete areas of work we will focus on in the next five years.
The Metrics will identify the student or organizational outcomes we seek to improve and the data we will use to measure our progress and improvement.

Timeline

We have made significant progress in the refresh of our strategic plan. Below is a time line that shows the work completed and the work yet to be done. I spoke to the Board of Education at its November 1, 2022 meeting and shared our community input strategies. We encourage all members of the community to share thoughts as we enter the last, but more critical, phase in defining the strategic roadmap that will lead us through 2027. There is great deal of work to actualize our vision of being a trusting, collaborative, and innovative high-performing educational organization that challenges, celebrates, and nurtures the whole child.
