Isaac E. Young Middle School

The Isaac E. Young Middle School administrative team recently led school-wide advisory lessons for students to support the continued development of a safe, welcoming, and accepting learning environment. Students engaged in an interactive presentation in which issues impacting our school community and larger community were addressed. Topics discussed included bullying, harassment, and the impact of social media on our community. Students reflected on their experiences at the Castle, posed questions, and collaboratively discussed ways to maintain a safe learning community for all. This advisory is part of the school’s ongoing work to support the development of healthy minds and hearts. The Isaac E. Young administrative team looks forward to building upon this work through an active partnership with our staff, students, and families.
